Geodetic Support for Investments – Where We Were?

In 2012-2013, we provided comprehensive geodetic support for the construction of the Pawłowo Wind Farm in the Gołańcz municipality.

The Investment Included:

• 53 wind turbines

• a meteorological tower

• 26 km of access roads

• 54 installation sites

• 41 km of underground medium-voltage cable network

Geodetic Support for Investments – What We Achieved

The scope of work during the construction included: preparing the investment from a geodetic perspective, primarily by developing construction designs and establishing a control network, marking access roads and medium-voltage cable routes, marking foundations for the turbine towers, surveying the foundations along with the anchoring elements for the wind turbines, and measuring the layers of gravel and sand on each access road.

In addition to typical construction tasks, our company performed many ancillary works related to the investment, such as measuring damage to crops caused by construction activities, measuring the sag of wires over access roads, and more. Geobiz also completed all post-construction documentation, which included the inventory of foundations, roads, installation sites, and the inventory of the medium-voltage cable. All boundary markers that were damaged or completely destroyed during construction were reinstated in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
